YZ250F 290cc Big Bore Kit

YZ250f 290cc big bore kit. Bolt on kit for 2001-2007. Total for the kit: $450-$550 Includes Brand New aluminum nikasil plated 83mm cylinder. Choice between 83mm Forged JE piston kit or 13:1 Wiseco piston kit (Stroker compatible 310cc)(add $50) , Cometic big bore top-end gasket set.

We install a stainless steel Crush ring in the cylinder to ensure the head gasket seals properly.($50)

This cylinder casting looks nearly identical to the stock cylinder casting from the outside, it even has 249cm3 cast into it. This is not a yamaha overbored cylinder, it is a Brand new Custom made Big bore cylinder. This is a bolt in kit, no case mods or any other mods needed to install. Carb re-jetting will be required.
